1. 1 egg
2. 1 banana
3. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use either Grass-fed Whey or Vegan Protein Powder)
4. 1 tbsp flour (Coconut flour, GF All-purpose flour, Bob's Red Mill gluten-free pancake flour, etc.)
5. 1/2 tsp baking powder
6. Any add-ins you like!
Optional: 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1. Mash banana and mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix in add-ins.
2. Pour onto sprayed pan and cook slow on medium heat.
