Gluten-free pasta has come a long way and now actually tastes good! You might even want to mix it in to your menu if gluten doesn’t give you issue. In our house, we have tried A LOT of what is on the market. We have found the pasta varieties made with almond flour, quinoa, rice and corn cook the best, taste the best, pass the kid test as well and not cause any tummy troubles. The pastas made solely from beans although solid in nutritional value, have so much fiber they create a different set of issues in our house!
