Yields 6 Servings
1. 3 avocados (pitted, pealed and mashed)
2. Juice from half a lime
3. 1/4 cup of cilantro leaves, chopped
4. 1/2 a small red onion, chopped
5. Sea salt to taste
1. In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt.
2. Fold in onion and cilantro.
3. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
