1. Approximately 2oz white fish
3. Breadcrumb mixture
4. High heat oil
1. Slice white fish into small portions.
2. Dip fish pieces in beaten egg.
3. Roll egg-dippped fish into your favorite breadcrumb mixture.
4. Pan fry with a high heat oil, I prefer grape seed oil, it's healthy, and can withstand very high heat.
5. Flip after one side is golden brown, about 10 minutes.
