(1) Approximately 2oz white fish
(3) Breadcrumb mixture
(4) High heat oil
(1) Slice white fish into small portions.
(2) Dip fish pieces in beaten egg.
(3) Roll egg-dippped fish into your favorite breadcrumb mixture.
(4) Pan fry with a high heat oil, I prefer grape seed oil, it's healthy, and can withstand very high heat.
(5) Flip after one side is golden brown, about 10 minutes.
