2. CDM Tone- CDM Original without cardio, extra toning, stretching incorporated in to the workout.
3. CDM Express- 10-30 minute workouts that focus on 1-2 muscle groups/type of training per workout.
4. CDM Stretch + Recover- Lengthen, repair, prepare + breathe. Critical for flexibility, injury prevention and restoration. Couple with any of the workouts or do solo.
