    CDM is a full body workout that incorporates cardio, strength training and flexibility exercises all in about 40ish minutes. Every workout begins with a warm-up, followed by alternating cardio and strength segments. After the workout portion is complete, you can choose your stretch + recovery session by length of time (5, 7 or 10 minutes). The workouts are challenging, however, they are presented in a way that's easy to follow and totally achievable.

    CDM can be done with no equipment or the following basic equipment (highly recommended): Hand Weights, Ankle Weights, Slider Discs, Resistance Band, Squishy Ball and Jump Rope. Some of the Stretch + Recovery sessions utilize a Foam Roller. You may have some of this equipment at home already and if not, click here to get everything you need on the almighty Amazon.

    CDM also requires focus which creates the mindful space we all need in our day. You will leave the workout feeling both physically and mentally stronger and energized without even leaving your home or hotel room.
