    The Carrie Dorr Method started with our ORIGINAL program, a full body workout incorporating cardio and strength training exercises in 40ish minutes. Every workout begins with a warm-up, followed by alternating cardio and strength segments. After the workout portion is complete, you can choose your STRETCH + RECOVERY session by length of time (5, 7 or 10 minutes).

    We then added TONE which is also a full body workout but without the cardio. The workouts run 40ish minutes and stretching is built-in.

    FLOW, coming soon, is the CDM version of Yoga.

    All the CDM programs can be done with no equipment or the following basic equipment (highly recommended): Hand Weights, Ankle Weights, Slider Discs, Resistance Bands, Ball, Pilates Ring, Step, Medicine Ball and Jump Rope. Some of the Stretch + Recovery sessions utilize a Foam Roller and Trigger Ball. You may have some of this equipment at home already and if not, click here to get everything you need on Amazon.

    The workouts are challenging, however, they are presented in a way that's easy to follow and totally achievable! Perhaps what we love most is that CDM requires focus which creates the mindful space we ALL need in our day. You will leave the workouts feeling both physically and mentally stronger and energized without even leaving your home or hotel room.
