    The Carrie Dorr Method Icon Full Body Series are, as the name indicates, ICONS! I have been doing these total body workouts for nearly 20 years. The exercises, sequencing and repetition in each of these are tried and true, they are my go-to workouts.

    Each workout runs around 20 minutes, exact run times noted individually below. Choose no equipment, weights, ankle weights, band or sliders. Playlist included with download.

    The Carrie Dorr Method Icon Body-Focus Series Workouts are as Iconic as the Full-Body sessions above however they run around 10 minutes and have a specific body focus listed below.  No equipment is required. Playlist included with download.
