Ellie Kempton - Founder, Simply Nourished Nutrition
Ellie Kempton believes the food we eat says something fundamental about who we are and what we believe in. She is a holistic nutritionist who knows her favorite foods have the ability to stabilize energy, improve digestion, and optimize weight. Her mission is to provide clarity in choosing the right foods to nourish your unique body and lifestyle.
Ellie's career in nutrition found her as a collegiate swimmer. Her diet was motivated purely by speed and ease. Foods that could be prepared quickly to optimize free time and fuel an even faster swim. When Ellie's “fast” foods only made her slower and eventually very sick, her paradigm shifted. Neither doctors nor medicines could prevent her discouragement. After a diagnosis of autoimmunity, but before completely giving up, Ellie found her elixir: real food. It transformed her performance, health and life.
Since then, Ellie has become real food’s marketing agent. Real food offers transformative health benefits and Ellie is thrilled to make nutrition simple and exciting for everyone. Her devotion and extensive work to nourish her own health has equipped her with the tools to help others stabilize energy, digestion and weight. Through simple habits, Ellie believes everyone can provide optimal and sustainable health.

Kathryn Dickinson, Founder AILLEA
AILLEA is a result of Kathryn’s personal mission to take back control of her health. After years of chronic ailments which doctors would simply medicate the symptoms, but never cure the source of the problem, Kathryn set out to heal her self, part of that journey was cleaning up her beauty routine. She started on the process of replacing every product she used with ones that worked as well or better than the ones she had been using but had no toxic chemicals. The amount of “green-washing” (having one organic ingredient but lots of other chemicals and advertising as organic) and false advertising left her frustrated and incensed. Realizing that true transparency does not exist in the industry, Kathryn created AILLEA, a safe haven where customers KNOW that EVERY product is safe- free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, petrochemicals, endocrine disruptors and toxic ingredients, but still delivered the performance she had come to expect (and love).
Kathryn launched AILLEA with 20 years experience in the Cosmetics, PR/Marketing and Mobile industries. Kathryn was the VP of Marketing and Sales for Vincent Longo Cosmetics in NYC where she successfully quadrupled annual sales and helped drive the company through an exciting turnaround and rapid growth period across multiple retail outlets including Sephora, Barneys, Nordstrom and Limited Brands distribution channels. Kathryn left the company to launch the Denver office of The Patton Group, a nationally recognized PR firm where she executed large scale celebrity events for clients at The Super Bowl, Sundance and Aspen celebrity charity events as well as worked with clients on branding, media, product launches and sales expansion planning. Most recently, Kathryn has worked as an executive in the mobile industry developing corporate sales and marketing strategies for a $2.5 Billion brand.
Kathryn holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Columbia University. Kathryn is a member of the Denver Business Series and served as an executive board member from 2007 – 2010. Kathryn also serves as a volunteer at the Denver Children’s Hospital.

Beth Armijo, Founder, Armijo Design Group
Beth's designs are inspired by a simple guiding principle: You should love your home. Adhering to this principle allows decorating to become an enjoyable and seamless experience, as opposed to an intimidating and stressful undertaking. With each project she makes a point to not only honor classical design motifs, but reinvent them in fresh and relevant ways.
For this approach, Beth was voted San Francisco’s top up-and-coming designer in 2004 and since moving back to my home state of Colorado, her work has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, 5280 Magazine, and Colorado Homes & Lifestyles.
